Konnyaku Normalizes the Cholesterol Level Without Medicine.

Konnyaku Normalizes the Cholesterol Level.

According to the studies of Kishida (1970)*1, Nagamine (1971)*2 and Tsuji (1978)*3 , Konnyaku lowers and normalises cholesterol levels and it naturalises the cholesterol level in blood. Moreover, it never lowers it too much.

The graph below shows the changes of cholesterol levels toward healthy adults. (Kishida, 1970)*4
